"Lucky"

Well, last Wednesday we don't have a class again. But when Friday comes we have it. After a long days that we don't have class I expect that we have more activity to be done and lessons to be discussed. And guess what? I'm right we have an activity but its only one and not on what I think.

Talking about on this day, it's so enjoyable because our Professor caught him talking with vernacular so he need to present a Christmas song to the whole class and while he is singing we are clapping our hands and cheering with him. All of us enjoy his song. Then a few minutes Ma'am has an announcement about on our blogs. After that she dismissed us on time.

This day was so lucky because Ma'am didn't give us many assignments in English 2 not like on the other meetings that we have. And I love it. I think it is because next week is our Christmas break and she wants us to enjoy our break with no assignment or projects bothering in our mind.

"No class but has an Assignment"

Last December 2 Wednesday we don't have class but we need to go in our assign room because theirs an assistant student I think, that will met us for our assignment task to be done at home. When she arrived she gave us the task and explains it very well on what to do. Then, she collects our assignment and dismisses us early. All of us were so relax before the assistant teacher gave the assignment but when I look at the workbook, its not that easy to do it. You should gather one example on that methods and take note there are 18 methods on developing a paragraph. Finally, she dismiss us early and as I going home I felt exhausted in thinking the assignment, if I can accomplish it early or if I can do it well.

And Last December 4 Friday we don't have a class also because Prof. Lynnie was still in the conference.

"my fault"

Last November 25, 2009 which is Wednesday is my bad day because I didn't know that we have an assignment in English 2 so when one of my classmate told me about it; I quickly get my ballpen and paper and do it in our classroom. Suddenly a few minutes Teacher Lynnie arrived so I stop writing and what worst is, she caught me in the act.But then it was my fault and I deserve it because in our last meeting I just focus in our writing activity while Teacher Lynnie writing our assignment in the board while announcing at the same time and I didn't listen. I missed 25 point in our assignment but better luck next time to me and I learned a lesson about it. Going back in our class, Teacher Lynnie gave some comments in our composition if it satisfy or fit in the topic that we have.And after that, she gave us many assignment which I think it is not easy for me to do it because I'm not good in writing especially if it's English but I have to trust in myself that I can do it on my own.

"Reminiscing the past meeting in English 2"

->November 11, 2009 is our first meeting in English 2.When I go inside in room 118 I felt so nervous and my heart is beating so fast because I know that new faces of my classmates and new teacher I’m facing and dealing in English 2 in this second semester. When I sat down on my chair I was observing my new classmates. Then a few minutes our teacher in English 2 arrived. She first checks our attendance and signs our C.O.R and she discussed to us the rules and regulations in our classroom. Then she gives us an idea on what “writing in the discipline” all about and she gives us an assignment to choose one topic and give at least five related ideas on it. I’m so amazed to our teacher because she is so good and fluent in speaking English but at the same time I’m afraid of her big voice. After of her discussion, she asked if we have a question but then everybody is quite and when she dismiss us and leave the room we just realized that we forgot to ask her name.
->November 13, 2009 is our second meeting in English 2. Each one of us says it loud on what our topic is. Then she gives us one minute I think, to group our selves according to the topic it was related. A few minutes she discuss to us on how to make the actual topic for our groupings and how to make a thesis statement. She gives us thirty minutes to make an actual topic and a thesis statement of each group. In our group we are so ashamed of each other but then we try our best to work things out. A reporting take place and all of our group mates got tense if our topic and thesis statement is right but thank GOD it is. Same assignment she give to us but then we need to give each main points at least two subtopic.
->November 18, 2009 I’m so anxious to think if what we will have to do in our reporting again but then suddenly one English teacher go in our room and say our teacher is not around, so it means we have no class but before that the teacher give us the official site for our blogging.
->November 20, 2009 our teacher arrived and sad to know the reason why she didn’t come on our last meeting because she had met a little accident. Then she discuss to us our blog and about the grading system. Then the reporting of our assignment takes place again and when the first group does it, all of us are listening and soon as the last group. After of our reporting each of one make a composition out of the outline we have in our group and I’m so hurry of writing because there are less time were left. And I realized that our class is not that serious as I think when the first meeting is.

What you think and feel towards writing in English?

->Writing in English is somewhat difficult but yet it is quite interesting to know such essential skill to be able to express myself in English discipline. I think writing in Engish discipline is rather the first thing that one should master to be able to speak English fluently so I think spending more effort in this subject is definitely a win-win investment. It's not bad at all. Anyway, I think I will be able to find this subject and all its manners as enjoyable and exciting as I'm learning my way to education. I'm happy that it is included in our curriculum.

Another thing, to be able to be competitive enough as a graduate in the future, English skill is describably a power-up or a boost in making my self elevated in reaching up my goals in life. Helping me in so many ways and opportunities that I might get myself into.
